When I went looking for my first job I always wanted it to be something I enjoyed. I began my journey in the baking industry when I was only 18 years old and I quickly picked up the basics and found my calling… Edible Art! I’ve been decorating cakes for over 25 years which has lead me to many accolades, including an opportunity to be on Food Network’s “Cake Challenge”.
